Nursery Officer - Grade 3

The governors of South Acton Nursery School and Children’s Centre (SACC) wish to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Officer to work in our mainstream nursery class.

Our ‘Outstanding’ Nursery School and Under two-year provision offers high-quality education and care to children aged 6 months to 5 years. The Centre operates from 8am to 6pm (Monday – Friday) and throughout the year. We have fixed closures over Christmas, 1 week over Easter, and the last 2 weeks in August.

Working closely with our friendly and professional team, you will undertake various duties to ensure the children's health, safety, welfare, physical and emotional well-being at the Centre. You will be able to relate to and interact with a range of people from diverse communities, have a friendly, courteous and helpful approach with children and their families, staff and all visitors to the school and have experience working with young children up to 5 years old.

Salary & Benefits

Salary from £ 33,066 to £34,098 per annum

Full  time 35 hours per week year-round

Part fixed holidays (4 days at Easter, 9 days at the end of August)
