Childminders Network 

The group is held on Mondays, in the Community Room.  From 9 - 11 am.

Use of the childminder drop in: The majority of childminders on the network attend the childminder drop in on a regular basis; others attend the drop in at Maples Children Centre; the drop in is an valuable resource to the childminders who are able to use it to network, access support and advise from the network coordinator and to give the childminded children an opportunity to socialize in larger groups. Childminders who are not a member of the network are welcome and also use the drop in.

Access to children centre facilities: All the childminder’s who attend the drop in visit the toy library; the opening hours of the toy library, following directly after the drop in, makes it very accessible to the childminders. It is an important resource to them allowing them to provide a range of play experiences for the children in their care.
